You'll receive a text confirmation 72 hours before your appointment & a reminder 24 hours before your visit from my booking system, Vagaro. If you prefer an email you can change that in your Vagaro profile settings.

Hair Color Appointments
Gone are the days of needing dirty hair to "help the color stick better". Today's hair color is much gentler. Dirty hair and styling products can actually negatively impact the hair color. I recommend washing your hair the evening before your color appointment with a clarifying shampoo and skip any additional products. Come with clean dry hair.
Please do not wash the day of the color appointment.
Dry, Styled Hair. Whether you air dry, blow dry or hot tool style, I suggest coming to your first haircut appointment wearing your hair how you typically like to style it. Seeing your hair dry & styled helps me choose the best techniques & looks that will enhance & fit your lifestyle.
Dress for Success
I want you to relax during your appointment, so please dress comfortably. To ensure your clothing remains dry and stain free, please avoid wearing turtlenecks, hooded sweatshirts and other items that are bulky around your neck. If you are concerned about your clothing, please request a robe to wear during your service.

Wild Muse Hair Studio is located inside of Phenix Salon Suites. We are off of the 580, First St exit in the Target Shopping center. And before you ask, yes it is completely dangerous for my wallet working in a shopping center with a Target, TJ Max and Bath & Body Works.
There is tons of free parking!
The front door of Phenix Salon Suites is locked. Please remain in your car & text me at (925) 400-8162 to let me know that you have arrived. I will return your text as soon as I'm ready to meet you at the front door and walk you to my studio.

I want you to love your hair! Make sure you tell me all about your day to day styling, hair care & everything you love and hate about your hair. This is a judgement free zone, so be honest. We will review your Guest Intake form & inspiration photos. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a longterm plan to ensure all your hair goals are met.
A hair color formula will be custom blended for you. I will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared to help you recreate the style at home.
I'll wrap up the visit by sharing my recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment.
Photos are always encouraged. I find 1-3 photos is the best number to have saved. Sometimes having too many can lead to desired details being missed or to indecisive hair goals. Please make sure to screen shot your inspo photos & to have them located within your camera roll.
Keeping Everyone Healthy
Unlike most salons, Wild Muse offers a private 1 on 1 appointment. That means no double booking, you get me & the studio all to yourself.
The studio is small & limited capacity means that only guests receiving services will be allowed into the studio. A minor or person with special needs who is receiving services may be accompanied by one parent, guardian or caretaker.
Face coverings are optional rather fully vaccinated or not UNLESS you or someone close to you has been sick.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
A 50% nonrefundable booking deposit is due at time of booking for all new appointments and will be applied the day of service.
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel/reschedule/no show your appointment with less the 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Second time, late cancel/reschedule/no show appointments will be charged a fee equal to the total service cost that was scheduled and all future appointments will require prepayment.
SERVICE RE-DO AND RETAIL RETURN POLICY
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 3 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost and must be adjusted within 2 weeks of original service. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more then 3 days later, will require full payment. There are no refunds on services provided.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY
If you happen to be running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in a $25 per service cancelled fee, in addition to a late fee of $35.
